Ford Trucks has announced the expansion of its international authorised service network with new partnerships in the UK and Ireland. Ford Trucks customers will be able to access service operations through the Rygor Group in the UK and Sentana Vehicle Sales North in Ireland. This will bring the manufacturer’s service network up to seven locations in the UK and four in Ireland.

The expansion is designed to offer better coverage for customers travelling on key routes through Western Europe. By providing more access to service coverage, Ford Trucks is aiming to optimise total cost of ownership for customers through reduced downtime for maintenance and repairs when the vehicles are operating in the UK and Ireland.

Ford Trucks international markets director, Burak Hoşgören said: “As Ford Trucks, we are very pleased to expand our service network in important markets in the United Kingdom and Ireland as part of our growth strategy in Europe. With this step, we will increase the access points of our services to our customers and ensure that Ford Trucks customers reach services faster and more easily in this busy transportation route of Western Europe.”

Sean Joyce, aftersales director at Rygor Group, said: “Rygor is renowned for its aftersales care of commercial vehicles and therefore it is a privilege to be able to support Ford Trucks’ customers in the United Kingdom, through our workshops. Across our business we have more than 200 exceptionally skilled vehicle technicians and we look forward to maintaining Ford Trucks, to maximize vehicle uptime for customers.”

Harry Nash, managing director, Setanta Group said: “We are delighted to collaborate with Ford Trucks. Setanta Trucks is fully equipped to provide breakdown assistance, recovery, parts, and service to Ford Trucks customers at four different locations in Ireland. This partnership will enable us to offer more comprehensive and efficient support to Ford Trucks customers.”

Hundreds of companies will be exhibiting at Road Transport Expo 2025, which takes place at NAEC Stoneleigh between 24-26 June. It’s free to attend and registrations are now open.
